πŸ‘ Blink, and it's gone

Hi Reader!

One thing I've learned over the years is not to let stone fruit season pass by too quickly.

Peaches and cherries are only at their best for such a short window, and every summer I find myself trying to squeeze in just one more cobbler, one more salad, or one more dessert before the season changes. It always feels like I blink, and suddenly they're gone until next year.

Before we dive into today's peach and cherry favorites, I wanted to share a brand new recipe that just went live!

I know it's not exactly a summer recipe, but if you like keeping a few cozy dinners bookmarked for later (I definitely do), this one's worth saving.

One more quick thing! If summer produce has you reaching for fresh drinks as often as fresh fruit, my Summer Mocktail Recipe Cards are back in heavy rotation. They're full of easy, refreshing drinks that pair perfectly with backyard dinners, picnics, and allll that beautiful summer fruit.

Now for today's recipes…

One thing I've learned over the years is not to wait for a "special occasion" to buy peaches or cherries. Their season is so short that I try to enjoy them every chance I get... even if that just means slicing a peach over yogurt or snacking on a handful of cherries while I'm making dinner.

PS: If I had to nudge you toward one recipe, it'd be #6. It's one of those combinations that surprise people in the best way.

PPS: If you're looking for even more seasonal inspiration, come follow my Summer Recipes board on Pinterest! It's where I save my favorite warm-weather dinners, desserts, BBQ recipes, appetizers, and everything else I'm cooking this season.
